Basic Product IntroductionThe pneumatic fluorine-lined wafer butterfly valve is a type of pneumatic self-operated corrosion-resistant butterfly valve. It consists of three parts: a pneumatic actuator, a wafer-style valve body, and a fully fluorine-lined sealing structure.1. **Working Principle**: It operates using 0.4~0.7MPa compressed air to drive the pneumatic cylinder, which moves the valve stem and disc to perform a **90° rotation**, controlling the on/off of the pipeline medium. When paired with a valve positioner, it can also precisely regulate the flow of the medium.
2. **Structural Form**: The valve uses a **wafer-style, flange-less body** that is directly clamped between the two ends of the pipeline flanges. The inside of the valve body and the entire disc are fully lined, with all parts in contact with the flowing medium having anti-corrosion lining, and the valve stem is additionally sealed with fluoroplastic to isolate it from corrosive media.

A2: For some small size, like 1"-4"(DN25-DN100), it request the MOQ is 20pcs for each size. Generally speaking, it depends on your order.

Q3: How about the warranty?
A3: The warranty time is 12 months after leaving our factory. We can repair or change because of the quality problems.

Q4: Payment
A4: Mainly T/T, Western Union & PayPal are applicable for us. Payment Term: 30% prepayment, 70% balance paid before shipping or against copy of BL.
